Bed and all casting parts are manufactured with grade 1 casting .Flame hardened Rigid Construction of bed for taking maximum loads. Head stock body is latest specially design and is semi gear. Induction hardened  and ground spindle alloy steel. All centrifugal running parts are well balanced. Apron are totally emerged in oil bath system. Lever type arrangement for automatic feeds. T-Slots on carriage for mounting special attachments. Gear box arrangement for real time saving equipment. Quick change gear box provides changes of feeds and threads. Separete lead screw and feed shaft for threading pitch accuracy. Tail stock is camlock with taper satting dial and work tray. Graduation dial for tail stock and apron wheel movement. Special drop worm feed & nortan with mm/inch facility . All Allen bolts used in machine are 'Unbrako' brand. Accuracy tested as per IS 1878-1971 standards.
